Now that you know the basics of knitting, it's time to level up. In this class we will make these fun fingerless mitts. You'll learn how to read a pattern, how to knit ribbing, how to change yarns, a basic increase, work with stitch markers and basic seaming. Class includes Tina's Fingerless Mitts pattern. This is a 3 session class.
Skills required: cast on, knit, purl, bind off.
Materials: Approximately 110 yards of worsted weight yarns or one of our Mitt Kits; US Size 7 and 9 straight needles, two stitch markers, tapestry needle.
Materials are not included in the class fee and must be purchased at The Designing Woman.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead of class will be given store credit for the cost of the class. Cancellations made within 48 hours of class and no shows will forfeit the class cost and no store credit will be given.
